Thank you for participating in National Radon Action Month. By hosting radon awareness activities in your community, you are joining the Radon Leaders Saving Lives Campaign to double the lives saved from radon exposure over five years.

Share your plans with others!

Complete the form below to register your activity and have it featured on the National Radon Action Month Web site, www.epa.gov/radon/nram/activities.html. This Web site is a great way to promote your activity and get exposure for your important work.

EPA will continue to collect activities until Monday, February 9th 2009.

Please allow two or more business days — from the date that you submit your information — for your activities to be posted on the National Radon Action Month Web site.

Activity Information

First time users: view an example Activity Submittal Form.

Step 1: Click "Add Activity" button.

Step 2: Enter information about your activity. Use your cursor or press the "tab" button on your keyboard to click from one field to another, and be sure to scroll all the way to the right to complete the entire form. You must complete, at a minimum, the required fields (indicated with an asterisk) before adding another row for an activity or a warning pane will alert you that a required field is empty. Note that you can enter up to 255 characters in the Activity Description.

Step 3: Repeat steps 1 & 2 for as many activities as you would like to share.

Step 4: Click “Submit.” Records will only be submitted once you click the Submit button.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after your activities have successfully been submitted. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, contact radonevents@cadmusgroup.com.
